REASON #1: OUR INTENSELY “USER FOCUSED” PRODUCT FORMULATION PROCESS

Each one of the Forte Series products goes through a specific, “user focused” formulation process.

This is how it works:

First, we study the top products in the category we’re creating products for. This could be a clay, hair oil or a texture powder. We identify and take note of the most popular features and benefits of the top products on the market.

Next, we go into our user community to find out what features our users want out of these products. Once we have the feedback, we analyze our notes and create the profile of the “perfect product”.

From there, we take the specification to our USA-based cosmetic chemists. We work closely with them to formulate our own, unique formula that embodies all of these top features.

We tweak, and test the formula with our users until it’s perfect. This process usually takes between 6 to 12 months. Once we have the end formula, we finally introduce it to our audience!

All in all, what this means is that the Forte Series products are carefully designed and formulated. They simply WORK.
