365-Day Level Up Guarantee.

We take anything back if you are within the 365-day time period. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product we will take it back no problem.

Should you not be within the 365-day grace period, our return and refund policy is as follows.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item will be shipped back by the customer to our Customer Service Agents in Canada. Refunds will then only be processed after the return has been received them. Returns will only be accepted if you have already contacted us and the return has been approved.

Refunds

Refunds will be made only after careful consideration of each individual case should you no longer fall under the 365-Day Guarantee.

Refunds will not be made for orders with tracking that states the order has been “delivered”.

Once an order has been shipped out shipping will not be refunded.

Duplicate Orders

We are happy and glad to refund duplicate orders should they occur provided that the order has not been shipped out. Should you find that a duplicate order has been made, please contact us immediately and have your Order ID available. This will ensure that we will be able to assist you speedily.

Damaged Products

All damaged products requires photographic proof sent to customercare@forteseries.com . After the case is reviewed you will be contacted in regards to a reshipment to replace the damaged product.
