365-Day Level Up Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality hair care products that meet the needs of our customers. We believe in our products so much that we offer a 365-day guarantee on our Forte Series products*.
That's right, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products within 365 days of purchase, we will offer a refund or replacement**, whichever you prefer. We stand behind the quality and performance of our products, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
To be eligible for the guarantee, the product must have been purchased directly from us, and proof of purchase must be provided. Products that have been damaged or misused are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
*Does not apply for appliances and accessories
**Shipping fees are not included
Here are the steps for initiating a return:
1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone. Our team will ask for your order number and reason for the return.
2. If your return is eligible, our team will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.
4. For International customers: Ship the package to the provided return address using a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the product arrives safely.
5. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. If you requested a replacement product, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.
Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may not work out for you, and we want to make the return process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Promotional Items
Items with a Discount Less Than 50%:
- You can return sale items marked with a discount less than 50% within 14 days of the shipping date.
- Returns for these items will be refunded with merchandise credit on an eGift Card.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
Items with a Discount of 50% or Greater:
- Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Returns with Free Promotional Items:
- If your return involves items that qualified for a free promotional item(s), please ensure that the free promotional item(s) are included in the return to recevie your refund.
Refunds
After our support team confirms that we have processed your refund, please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original method of payment. This time frame is a standard banking practice and may vary depending on your financial institution. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
- Partial Refund
At Forte Series, we take our responsibility to deliver your orders seriously. If you decide to refuse or fail to pick up an order held by the courier, we cannot guarantee that it will be returned to our warehouses. As a result, we are unable to provide a full refund for such orders. Instead, we have a 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping costs, which does not include the original shipping fees or duties.
Duplicate Orders
If you happen to come across a duplicate order, don't worry! Our team is here to help. Simply contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID, and we will ensure that your refund and return are processed promptly.

Damaged Products
If this happens to you, we're here to help. Simply contact us as soon as possible to report any missing or damaged items, and our team will send out a replacement free of charge. We may also request photos of any damaged products to help us improve our customer experience.
To ensure that we can help you as quickly as possible, please notify us of these issues within 7 days of the delivery date.
