THE Texture Hair Clay
“I've used 10-15 different products including hair sprays, clays, pomade, gel, etc but this one worked best for my thick hair so far.”
“I love the clay! it gives me amazing hold without the hard stiff hold like gel or the sticky mess like pomade. I absolutely love the volume it allows me to have!”
“Been using the texture clay for about 5 or 6 months now and it is the only product that is able to get my hair the way i like it to be.”
This was and is a great product for my hair. It keeps it up even in the strong wind. would definitely recommend to others.
The hold was strong. However, lots of shampoo required to remove it from the hair. Wish it was water-based.

Does what it says it does
I've got thick wavy hair which looks incredibly messy when unstyled and even crazier when the weather is windy! I was looking for a hair product with main goals to not have too much shine and most importantly, hold a hair style for almost a whole day. Hair gel or cream never helped and I've heard that a hair clay helps to achieve those goals. However, the hair clays I've used didn't hold a hair style at least for an hour and went wild even in a small wind.
I was always amazed by the hair styles Alex Costa achieved in his videos and learnt that Forte Series Texture Hair Clay was the product he used. Being his own product, naturally I was a bit hesitant to consider it just through his promotions, at first. However, with time I decided to watch reviews of the product in YouTube. The one that convinced me was the demo from the channel TDM Style (https://youtu.be/QV3yDIFSlnE?si=TwQS_A32Od9Zs9pf), so I decided to try out the hair clay.
I've been using the product for a while now and experimented with various amounts applied and how it was applied. I can safely say, the product met my expectations quite well. What I really love about it is that the hair becomes literally moldable once applied and left in for a few minutes; I never experienced that with any previous hair product used! That helped me to achieve a side-part hair style which I wanted for a long time and couldn't do with the mess of a hair I've got. Also, now I'm able do a quiff / pompadour kinda hair style as well. The shine factor is also right on point without too much or too less of a shine. It's also got a pleasant smell that's not too overwhelming.
Only areas it didn't do well were holding a hair style all day long and hold against a bit of a strong wind. The former should mostly be due to my wavy hair situation and I think the latter should be expected from any hair clay. Both issues were fixed with some hair spray. Then only I was able to keep the shape for a good 8-9 hours. Should mention, the straight hair acheived after a good shower and blow dry went wavy again in a few hours; not even the hair spray could stop it! 😅
This, used with the Forte Series Hydrating Argon Oil is a heavenly combination for any wavy-haired fella! ❤️
